Almost everywhere you look, there’s a new snack bar, protein bar, organic bar, or granola bar. This is a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that with more variety you are more likely to find the kind of bar that your unique dietary needs require. The bad news is that there’s an awful lot of candy bars out there disguised as healthy bars. Read your labels carefully, and even then you might not be able to trust them.
